Free shipping on two or more pairs of slippers valid for US orders and Ground Shipping to single address only. Overnight shipping and international orders will incur additional charges.
All of our orders are processed within 48 hours of purchase. Please allow 5-7 business days for standard shipping and 1-3 business days for express shipping AFTER the order is processed. Please enter a physical address as we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes. Shipping and handling charges are calculated automatically and will be figured into your shopping cart total. We are required to charge sales tax to Georgia residents on both the item and shipping charges. This tax will be automatically figured into the total and is currently 4%. Additional charges may apply for shipments to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico.
If you are not satisfied with the product, the item can be returned within 30 days of purchase date. Items returned must be in original condition in the original box with receipt and cannot appear worn or used. Shipping charges cannot be refunded only the purchase amount of the product. Additional shipping charges may apply with an exchange.
If you have a defective product, you can contact our customer service department @ 229 225 1462 for exchange or refund. Any item returned must have a return authorization number on the return slip provided by our customer service department.
